Worth knowing

The TV and speakers are fitted to the trailer, but they do not run on their own — the PA and AV equipment is what drives them, and the generator supplies the power. If you plan to use them, add both. The fridges are different: they run off the trailer’s own battery and need nothing extra.

Whole days onlyYou choose a collection day and a return day. Everything in between is part of the hire.
No Saturday handoverThe trailer can stay with you across a Saturday, but it cannot be collected or returned on one. A Friday to Sunday hire works.
At least 14 days’ noticeLonger if your event needs a City of Busselton park permit, which takes about six weeks.
Within 100 km of BusseltonWhere the trailer is going is checked when you book.
A day between hiresHeld for cleaning and inspection, so the trailer never arrives unchecked.
Towing or deliveryYou can tow it yourself if you are set up for it, or ask about the delivery option.

Rates and online booking

Daily rates and the bond are being set by the Steering Committee, and online booking is being built now. Once it is live you will be able to check the calendar, choose your dates and pay in one go, without waiting on a reply.

Enquiries about hiring the trailer go through Busselton Adventist Church. Rates, the bond amount and the hire agreement will all be published on this page before bookings open.
